Discrimination Based on Gender is Prohibited

The Title IX Office is committed to fostering an environment in which all members of our campus community are safe from gender/sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual violence. Discrimination based on gender or sex is strictly prohibited.  All students and employees at UCSC are protected by state law and university policies which specifically prohibit discrimination based on gender. The Title IX Office encourages anyone that has experienced or witnessed sex/gender related discrimination or harassment to report as soon as possible.
